Description: Keywords: College acceptance, college acceptance reaction, what I'm doing after high school, my post-secondary education plans, flight school, women in aviation, females in aviation, college application process, pilot. To clarify for those of you who may be confused: I applied for three aviation programs that had a different end result than the aviation program that I am attending. With those three aviation programs, I would be going to school for something entirely unrelated to operating an aircraft. Essentially, I would have to go to flying school on my own time rather than it being integrated into the college program itself. After I thought things through, I figured that it made the most sense to go to the program that I ended up choosing, and I am so happy with my choice. I chose the program that aligned most with my interests, and the program that would also provide me with all of the basic requirements that will help me in finding a job after graduating. For privacy reasons, I am not going to be saying where I am going to school. However, I will be sharing as much as I can with you guys throughout my journey! Anyways, here is a little insight on my post-secondary plans for this upcoming fall! I have loved aviation for such a long time now and I have always considered becoming a pilot, but never like I have in these past few months. I think that it is so important to go after your dreams no matter how far-fetched they seem. You can achieve anything with persistence and dedication.
